He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Lee Laughinghouse Spruill; and his brother Ralph Spruill. He is survived by: his brother Milton Spruill; his wife Donna Hennessey-Spruill; his siblings, Ray Spruill (Adrienne), Linda Spruill of Philadelphia, PA, Darrell Spruill (Darlene), LeVon Garrett (Michael), Gladys Spruill of Camden, NJ and Clifford Spruill; his father-in-law Robert Hennessey of Philadelphia, PA; and his grandfather-in-law Helen Beck of Philadelphia, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces, and great great nephews.
