He is survived by: his spouse Carole; his children, George Medica (Jennifer), LoriAnn Medica, Patrick, John and Olivia; his siblings, Lillian Crumlish, Georgeann Dosantos (Bob) and Sam Dumond (Conchetta); and his siblings-in-law, Joan Donahue, Janice Tiska, Lisa McPeak, Steven Krutt and Bobby McPeak. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousin.
