He was predeceased by: his parents, John Horvay Sr. and Terry. He is survived by: his wife Anna Horvay; his children, Colleen Horvay, John Horvay III (Denielle) and Kevin Horvay; his siblings, Dolores Greeby (George), Greg Horvay (Eileen) and Stephen Horvay; and his grandchildren, Kaila and David. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the John F. Givnish Funeral Home (10975 Academy Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ the King Church (3252 Chesterfield Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19114).
In lieu of sending flowers, contributions in John's name may be made to the Penn State Abington Men's Soccer Team.
