He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Jack, Jr. and Chase; his parents, John E. "Jack" and Maribeth Altiere; and his sibling Lauren E. Altiere. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers contributions in Jacks memory preferred to Phila.
