He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Loida Catabay Allen; his children, Dr. John Allen (Iverta Allen) of Orlando, FL, Dr. Ranulfo Allen of Philadelphia, PA, Janielee Allen of Philadelphia, PA and Robert Singleton of Charlotte, NC; his siblings, Mack Allen (Pauline Allen) of Washington, Dr. Richard Allen of Philadelphia, PA, Gloria Ross of Riverdale, GA and Irene Thompson of Atlanta, GA; his parents-in-law, Didoy Catabay and Irenia Catabay of Portland, OR; and his friends, John Turner, Ronald Moore, Leon Inge and James Swiggett. He was also cherished by four brothers-in-law, three sisters-in-law, six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, 25 nieces and nephews, countless cousins.
