He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Spaar-Urban and John Urban; his sister Patricia Remaly; and his sons, Thomas Urban and Todd Urban.
He is survived by: his brother Gary Urban of Bethlehem, PA; his wife Jeanette Urban (Graver); his children, Kathleen Urban, Cynthia Silver-Urban, Michael Urban, Barry Urban (Marianne) and Robert Urban (Linda); and his daughter-in-law Donna Urban.
