He was predeceased by: his parents, James J. Billingsley and Elizabeth Murray (Thomas); his wife Marie "Cookie" Billingsley (Nee Mulholland); and his daughter Sharon. He is survived by: his children, Bernadette, James, Kelly, Joseph Jr., Dawn and Donna; and his stepchildren, Marie and Johnny. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
