He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kuktelionis and Mary Kuktelionis (Riordan); and his siblings, John, James and Mary.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Kuktelionis (Crochunis); his children, Maria Kelso (David), Mark and Katherine Glowacki (Larry); his grandchildren, Megan, Casey, Tyler, Alyssa, Kevin and Amber; and his great grandchild Zayden.
