He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Enes Siderio; his daughters, Eileen (Jim) and Maria (Duane); his grandchildren, Jamie (Joanna), Kristi (Mike), Karla and Dennis; and his great grandchildren, Connor, Abby, Lexi, Cooper, Natalie and Sienna.

In lieu of flowers family requests donations be made in Joe's name to the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS).
