She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Valentino and Anthony Valentino; her brothers, Albert Valentino and Philip Valentino; and her husband Americo "Dick" De Luca.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Bernaudo, Vincent DeLuca (Debbie) and Maria Sours (Kurt); and her grandchildren, Dominic, Juliana Bernaudo, Vincent Jr., Sarah De Luca, Heather Rivera, Jessica, Michael, Daniel, Timothy Sours, Angie Santiago and Stephanie Lawrence. She is also survived by grandchildren, 1 great great grandson and other relatives and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the Holy Innocents Church (1337 E Hunting Park Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19124). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery (4268 Richmond St, Philadelphia, PA 19137).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Josephine's name to Holy Innocents School Music Department, 1337 East Hunting Park Avenue, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19124 would be appreciated.
