She was predeceased by : her husband Walter C. Konopka; her son Walter Konopka (Renee); her parents, Joseph Lagowski and Sofia Lagowski; and her siblings, Julia Schultz and Jean Matyskiela.

She is survived by : her children, Cathy Konopka (Glenn Partridge), Bruce Konopka (Molly) and Joan Donnelly (Terence); and her grandchildren, Michael Konopka, Christian Shaeffer, Katrina Semler (Charles), Matthew Konopka, Tim Konopka, Eric (Dianna), Kyle, Brooke, Michael Donnelly, James, Nellie, Josephine, Mary Grace and Will Konopka. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church (819 Cathedral Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19128). A Mass was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
