He is survived by: his mother Joanne Kaciuryna Holm; his brothers, Ben (Mildred) and Zack (Missy); his daughter Lily; his stepdaughter Kayleigh; his stepgranddaughters, Elloise and Charlotte; and his siblings' children, Hunter, Frankie, Devon and Nikki. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
