She was loved and cherished by many people including: her significant other Jacqueline Carr; her sister Marie Bussmann (Joseph); her sibling's children, Amy Ruth Bussmann (Jim Schickling) and Joey Bussmann (Patty); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Bobby, Ava, Trey and Patrick.
In lieu of flowers contributions in Joyce's name may be made to the Pennsylvania SPCA, 350 E. Erie Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19134-9987.
