Judith L. Budge Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 28, 2019, at the age of 79, Judith L. Budge (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Budge; her parents, Cyril Plebani and Florabelle Plebani; and her sister Joyce Hermann. She is survived by: her brother Jack Plebani; her daughter Debra Budge-Brennan (Michael); her grandchildren, Alexander Budge (Brittany), Brian Budge, Caleb Brennan, Amanda Brennan and Keira Lynne Brennan; and her great grandchild Kylie Budge. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and friends.
