Harris III (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 7, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther E. Harris, Jr. and Dorothy Scott Harris. He is survived by: his wife Mary Crowley Harris; his sons, Luther E. Harris, IV (Lydia), Edward Scott Harris (Kristin) and Steven Joseph Harris (Mary Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Alexia, Arielle, Will, Cullen, Patrick, James, Ruby and Rory; his sister-in-law Anne Whitehead (Allen); and his sister Mary Jane Dean (late William). He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.

We are so happy that daughter Kris, married to Eddie Harris, got such a wonderful father in law. Luke had a comforting smile and good ears for listening, which made him so welcoming. He was a good teacher, mostly thru his actions. He was kind and considerate, and smart-in so many ways a man to imitate. He and Mary were a great team!. Love, Terry and Kathy Will”
