It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilou Sowers of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, born in Frostburg, Maryland, who passed away on November 19, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Ambrose and Pearl Mattingly (Hafer); and her husband Lowell M. Sowers, Jr. (Philadelphia). She is survived by : her children, Ann Zimmerman (Walter Zimmerman), Alan Sowers (Lisa) and Eric Sowers (Dina); her grandchildren, Laura Harden (Thomas), Christopher Sowers (Ashley), Dr. Kyle Zimmerman, Jared Zimmerman, Erika Van Meter (Josh) and Alexa Sowers; her great grandchild Lexi Harden; and her close friend James Rupert, Sr..
