He was predeceased by: his spouse Betty Jane Rhine; his parents, Albert Rhine and Vera Rhine; and his son Marlin "Buddy" Rhine. He is survived by: his children, Larry Rhine (Anne) and Donald Rhine (Donna); his grandchildren, Suzanne Gardner and Ed Rhine (Kacey); his great grandchildren, Rowan Rhine and Elliott Gardner; and his siblings, Kenneth Rhine and Shirley Fisher (Larry).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Marlin's name to Wounded Warrior Project PO Box 758516 Topeka, KS 66675 would be appreciated.
