She was predeceased by: her spouse Leonardus Dormans; and her daughter Felicia. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth "Lil" Hofstaedter (Tom), Dr. Adrian Dormans, MD (Kathy), Joe Dormans (Tina), Sandrina, Charissa, Tim, Kyle, Dr. Maria MD, Theresa, Arielle, Zoe, McKenzie, Sloane, Piper, Maverick, Cali, Delaney and Gunner; her brother Wim (Leide); and her sister-in-law Teresia (Carmelite).
