She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Plair and Howard Smith; her husband Charles Alfred Turner; her brother Bobby Smith (Lorraine); her brothers-in-law, Edgar, Moses, Irving and Joseph; her daughter Denise; and her granddaughter Tia.
She is survived by: her daughters, Regina (John) and Tracey (Michael); her siblings-in-law, Lillian, Janet, Stanley (Renee), David (Karen) and Melvin (Theresa); and her granddaughters, Nayjuana, Leondra, Erin, Lauren, Corrin and Amber. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Concord Baptist Church (2510 Marsh Rd, Wilmington, DE 19810). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
