She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph R; her children, Dorothy Ziemer (Tom), Joanne O'Neill, Chalie O'Neill, Tommy O'Neill (Maureen Gibson), Rita Marie O'Neill and Michael O'Neill; her stepsons, Joe and John Rogers; and her siblings, Dorothy Cole, Dolores Maloney, Donald and George Maloney.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Maryann's memory preferred to SPCA or Smile Train.
