He was predeceased by: his wife Mary "Precious". He is survived by: his children, Maryanne Hodges, Matt (Pat), Mike, Dan (Shannon) and Kate Leve (Don); his siblings, Eileen, Tom and France; and his sister-in-law Marge Weitzel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
