He is survived by: his child Tracy Spath (Jim); his grandson Andre Spath; and his siblings, Robert Kelly, Joseph Kelly (Joyce), Eugene Kelly (late Alberta) and Patricia Subramanya (Mani). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
