Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Michelle Leuzzi (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), who passed away at the age of 43, on July 5, 2019. She was predeceased by: her father John Joseph Leuzzi, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Tyrone Nelson; her sons, Matthew, Nicholas and Tyrone Jr.; her grandchildren, Chase, Kobe, Nayia and Raven; her parent Deveta Thomas; and her siblings, Kim Leuzzi (Howard Strouse), Melissa Santacroce (Domenico) and John Joseph Leuzzi, III. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions be made in her memory to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater Delaware Valley Chapter, 30 S. 17th Street, Suite 800, Phila., PA 19103.
