She was predeceased by: her siblings, Walter Choker, Eva Wall, Mary Davis, Julie Godzak and Helen Gelotti; and her son-in-law Thomas Herncane.
She is survived by: her spouse Harry J. Chisholm; her daughters, Connie Plenski (Stephen Sr.) and Linda Herncane; her grandchildren, Stephen Jr. (Maggie), Kristine (Tom), Brian (Jenifer) and Eric (David); and her great grandchildren, Ashley of Stephen, Matthew and Payton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
