Ostapchuk; her children, Christy Long, Lori Shookowsky, Karen Koresh (Nir), Mom, Victoria (Alex), Gregory, Rilee, William, Tom, Yona and Ariel; and her brothers, John Hopkins, Jr. (Leah) and Robert Hopkins (Janet). She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
