He is survived by: his wife Barbara D'Amico; his daughters, Vicki Marie Glass (Jason) of Lewistown, PA and Bernadette Kix (John) of Montgomeryville, PA.; his grandchildren, Victoria, Jacob, Logan, Regan and Oliver; and his brother Thomas D'Amico. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
