With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patrica A. Cheney (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Patrica left this world on October 13, 2025 at the age of 64, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though Patrica may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Patrica touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Wayne Gilbert; her sibling Francis Cheney; and her parents, Francis Cheney and Patricia Cheney.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Mass will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A burial will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at the Holy Sepulchre Cemetery (3301 W Cheltenham Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19150).
