She was predeceased by: her parents, Grace Giuffre (Anastasi) and Frank Giuffre (late Charles T. Ortlip). She is survived by: her son Charles F. Ortlip (Krista); and her grandson Christopher Ortlip. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Martha Church (11301 Academy Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
