It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard C. Black (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 24, 2019, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Chapman Black and Mildred Black; and his cousin Donald Williamson. He is survived by: his cousins, Linda Wilton and David Williamson; and his aunt Nancy Williamson. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
