He was predeceased by: his parents, Fiore Procaccino and Anita Procaccino; and his brothers, Domenico Procaccino (Theresa) and Enrico (Assunta DiSandro). He is survived by: his wife Teresa Procaccino; his children, Fioreenzo Procaccino (Jennifer), Gabriella Procaccino and Rosario Procaccino, Jr. (Anna Maria); his grandchildren, Gianna, Luca and Isabella; and his siblings, Amalia Capaldi (late Domenico), Assunta Siravo (Leonardo) and Nunziata D'Alessio (late Antonino).
