She was predeceased by: her sister Virginia Wilson Bowie. She is survived by: her parents, Raymond E. Wilson and Helen Spence Wilson; her spouse Bart Millington of Philadelphia; and her children, Gwen Merkel (Ed) of Feasterville, PA, Sally Lee (Alan) of Richmond, VA, Bruce (Lucia) of Marlton, NJ and June of Lambertville, NJ.. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Ruth selflessly acted as the sole caregiver for her husband Bart when he was afflicted with Alzheimers in 1990, a 7-year devotion preceding his death.
