Monti (Joseph Schulthise), Valerie Monti Holland and Sandra Monti Quiles; his grandchildren, Samuel Holland, Gabrielle Lassahn, Alexander Monti, Hannah Holland, Nino Quiles and Efrain Quiles; and his parents, Antonino and Carolina Monti. He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, family requests contributions be made in Sam's Memory to St. Monica Church.
