She was predeceased by: her son Allen Francis Bandura. She is survived by: her husband Stanley R. Bandura III; her sons, Ray Bandura (Terri), John M. Bandura and Hector Gonzalez (Rachel); her siblings, Wayne Middlebrook and Darlene Burns; and her sister-in-law Rita Conaway. She is also survived by six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
