He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Theresa DeLeo. He is survived by: his wife Frances Otto; his sons, Stanley Otto Jr. (Kelly) and Samuel Otto (Christine); his grandchildren, Nicolette, Aiden, Toni and Brynne; his siblings, Connie Knight and Franny Blaze; and his brothers-in-law, Anthony Garofalo (Diane) and Vincent Garofalo. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to St. Nicholas Church, 1718 S. 9th St., Philadelphia, PA.
