He was predeceased by: his father Chester; and his brother-in-law Robert Smith, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Nina; his children, Billy (Nicole), Jasmine, Isabelle and Ami; his mother Fanesse Rowley; his parents-in-law, Mary and Robert Smith, Sr.; his siblings, Vera, Chester and Stevie; and his siblings-in-law, Samantha (Bryan), Rachael (Jack), Krystal (Craig) and Steve. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Shriners Hospitals for Children, 3551 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140 in his memory would be appreciated.
