He is survived by: his parents, Dorothy Harnley (Cole) of Guffey, CO and Kenneth Billger of Colorado Springs, CO.; his children, Colm Koppel, Dylan Billger and Logan Billger; and his sisters, Tiffany Dubas and Tracey Dautrich.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Calendar St John's Lutheran Church (45 N Reading Ave, Boyertown, PA 19512). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (45 N Reading Ave, Boyertown, PA 19512).
