He is survived by: his spouse Lynda; his children, Lynda Ann Callsen, Jennifer Tabita, Thomas Jr. (Michael), James, Katelyn, Nicholas, Dennis, Hannah, MacKenzie and Jesse Jr.; and his siblings, Alice Leemon (Ed), Anna Melko (Joe), Janice Callsen and John Callsen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
