He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Foley and Margaret Foley (Nolan); his brother Timothy; his wife Nancy; his children, Thomas (Julie), Moira (Slade Ritchey), Bridget (Rob Madden) and Madeleine; his grandchildren, Mia, Teagan, Thomas and Nicholas; and his former wife Cathleen Foley.
