He is survived by: his children, Theresa Cahill (Bill), Tiffany Cook, Tara Cook, Timmy Cohen, Emily Cook and Natalie Cook; his stepchildren, Christine Stine (Jimmy), Loretta Cohen, Michael Cohen and Tommy Cohen (Amanda); and his brothers, Todd Cook (Carolyn) and Tyler Cook (Francine). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
