He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Stobo and Mary Stobo. He is survived by: his wife Megan Stobo; his children, Jeff, Erin, Kim and Bette; and his grandchildren, Aaron, Alanna, Alexi, Greenley, Raegan, Murphy and Bryce.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Tom's honor.
