He was predeceased by: his wife Helen; and his siblings, Geraldine Barry (late Jim) and Owen McGinnis (Alicia). He is survived by: his children, Christopher McGinnis, Bobby McGinnis (Colleen) and April Palma; his stepchildren, George Belka (Angel), Jennifer Rutsch (Kirk) and Marie Elaina Capitolo (Vince); his grandchildren, Joseph, Zachariah, Walter, Domonique, Dante, Michael, Stephanie, Nicholas, Victoria, Elizabeth, Vincent, Javier, Lucas and Delaney; his great grandchildren, Mia, Zachariah, Xavier, Hazel, Caden, Wesley and Allie; his siblings, Catherine Burke (late Ed), Lenora Gonnella (late Jack), Robert McGinnis and Marian McKissick (Joe); and his girlfriend Regina Kelly. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
