She is survived by : her children, Donald Polk, Demetrius Polk (Jamie), Robert Wilson (Latoya Gardner) and Erica Polk (AJ Jenkins); her grandchildren, Marquise, Demetrius, Jaylen, Isaiah, Shaniya, Deonte, Amber, Autumn, Peyton, Caleb, Asher, Aiden and AJ; and her siblings, Reggie Smith, Barbara Boyer and Katherine Butler. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and her brothers and sisters.
