She was predeceased by: her parents, Felipe Pruna and Mercedes Pruna; and her husband Charlie. She is survived by: her pet Casper; her brother Philip Pruna of Ft. Myers, FL; her nephew Philip Michael of Geneva, NY; her cousin Josephine Hardison; her goddaughter Caroline Sexton of Evansville, IN; and her close friends, Shay, Danny Thompson, Marty, Jack Fields, Judy, Don Helms, Rebecca Sanderson, Peg Sorge and Bobbie Gaddy.
Vilma has requested donations be made to the following: Cancer Center of Greensboro, Community in Christ Presbyterian, Hospice of Greensboro, charities to help the homeless and/or poor of the donor's choice.
