She was predeceased by: her parents, Babe Malloy and Nellie Malloy; and her husband Joseph A. Welch Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Joseph Welch Jr. and Ginny Smith (Ed); her grandchildren, Joseph Welch III (Jeanine), April Longo (Jim), Kelly Troiano (Michael), Edward Smith III (GiGi), Tricia Gargon (Nick), Ginny Dussell (David), Deidre Welch (Matthew Farrell), Megan McGill (Mike), Sean Welch (Quinn Bechler) and Daniel Welch (Keeley O'Connell); her sister Margaret Rinnier; and her siblings-in-law, Julia Karcher, Theresa Tobin and Edward Welch. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:10 AM at the Murphy Ruffenach Brian W Donnelly Funeral Home (2237 S 3rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19148). A Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church (2317 S 3rd St, Philadelphia, PA 19148).
