He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline Garlick; and his siblings, Joseph Garlick, Thomas Garlick (late Dorothy), Mary Berner (late Earl) and Elizabeth Wixted (late Joseph).
He is survived by: his children, Thomas P. Garlick (Maureen), William T. Garlick II (Angela) and Jacqueline A. Poncia (Michael); his grandchildren, Nicole Casey (Kyle), Michael Poncia (Keirsten), Haley Garlick, Madison Garlick, Hanna Garlick, Caroline Garlick and Christine Garlick; his great grandchildren, Noah Casey and Chloe Casey; and his sisters, Anne Scannell (late Francis) and Grace Conroy (late John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
