He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann; his children, Matthew "Matt", Deborah "Debbie" and Thomas "Tom"; his grandchildren, Kayla, Brianna, Jennifer, Samantha, Michael, Kevin, Katelynn and Lauren; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Addilyn, Aaron, Chase, Grayson and Hunter; his sister Carol Ann Neidig; and his nephew Jeff Kennedy.
