It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Waters of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father William James Waters; and his brother Andrew Waters. He is survived by: his mother Gertrude Waters; his siblings, Trudy Waters (Betsy Warner), Lydia Christnot and Michael Waters; and his nephews, Keith Christnot and Andrew Tomassini.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages you to make a donation to a local cat rescue.
