He was predeceased by : his parents, Karl S. Cowher and Grace Cowher (Treasure). He is survived by : his daughter Karla J. Cowher of Osceola Mills; his siblings-in-law, Jackie Kessler (Max) of Brockway, Julie Slattery (Dave) of DuBois, James Doutt (Vickie) of Jamestown and Jerry Doutt (Sue) of Falls Creek; and his pet Peanut. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
