He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Sprenkle and Anna C. Sprenkle; his siblings, Philip Sprenkle, William Sprenkle, Catherine Sprenkle and Marie D. Hambrecht (Sprenkle); and his granddaughter Sara J. Sprenkle.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy P. Sprenkle (Dovey); his sons, George F. (Rita Sprenkle) of Villanova, PA, David P. (Luanne Sprenkle) of West Chester, PA and Richard B. (Karen Sprenkle) of Gilbertsville, PA; and his grandchildren, Christopher G. Mazza, Kristin M. (Sprenkle), William Edwards, Alexandra G. Sprenkle, Stephanie J. (Sprenkle), Steven Boyer and Jared P. Sprenkle. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and one sister-in-law.
