He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael J. Bukosky, Sr. and Marcella Bukosky (Yarosh); and his sister Barbara Bralski (Robert). He is survived by: his wife Carolann Bukosky (Sierocinski) of Phoenixville, PA; his daughters, Sonia Michaels and Ivana Anderson; his stepsons, Neil (Katie Reitmeyer) and Jason (Jessica Reitmeyer); his grandchildren, Becca Reitmeyer (Brad), Heather Reitmeyer (Marcus), Emily Jerdon, Katie Reitmeyer and Libbie Reitmeyer; and his sister Janice (Jack Carney).
Visitation will be held on Monday, August 18th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Ann Chapel (604 S Main St, Phoenixville, PA 19460). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
